Cancelation / Refund Policy

In the event that a class is canceled, we understand the inconvenience it may cause to our valued students. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and provide alternative options for affected individuals.

At Sentinel Arms Services, we value your commitment to learning and aim to provide the best possible experience. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Notification:

Students will be promptly notified of any class cancellations via email, text message, or phone call. We aim to communicate cancellations as soon as possible to minimize disruption to your schedule.

Minimum Participation Thresholds:

Please note that classes are facilitated based on minimum student participation thresholds. If these thresholds are not met, the class may be subject to cancellation.

Changes to Schedule:

Class dates, times, and locations are subject to change, albeit no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of the class. We strive to maintain consistency in our schedules, but occasional adjustments may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Replacement Options:

In the event of a class cancellation, management will provide a suitable replacement option at no additional cost to the affected students. We are committed to ensuring that you have access to the educational content you've signed up for, even in the face of unforeseen disruptions.

Refund Eligibility:

Students who have submitted a request to reschedule will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to consider alternative class options provided or to reschedule your attendance for a later date. All initial deposits and transactions are considered as final. Individuals can submit a request to reschedule for an alternate date and time. Requests to reschedule received 10 days prior to class will be provided a replacement option, at no additional cost. All other requests for reschedule may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

Training canceled by a representative of Sentinel Arms Services are eligible for a refund, providing the student has not requested and accepted an alternate training date.
