Can I receive a refund for classes I have reserved?
All initial deposits and transactions are considered as final. Individuals can submit a request to reschedule for an alternate date and time. Requests to reschedule received 10 days prior to class will be provided a replacement option, at no additional cost. All other requests for reschedule may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Are range fees included in the cost of training?
Range fees are included in all Maryland Qualified License (HQL) and Maryland Wear & Carry courses. Personalized one-on-one session are based on an hourly rate and range fees with be subject to the firing range location selected.
Where will classes be held?
Class location will be provided on the sites booking page, Class locations are subject to change, no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of class.
What happens if class is canceled?
Classes are facilitated based on minimum student participation thresholds. Student will be notified of class cancellations via email, text or call. Class dates, times, and locations are subject to change, no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of class. Management will provide a replacement option, at no additional cost. Students who have submitted a request to reschedule will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I bring my registered firearm with me to class?
No, Sentinel classes are a safe and controlled environment. Only Sentinel instructors are permitted to bring properly store firearms to class. Sentinel prohibits live ammunition and all other firearms in class nor the training premise.
