Service Description

This course meets the requirements for the 16-hour Maryland Handgun Qualifications License (MD HQL), required to purchase a handgun in Maryland, and the requirements for the Maryland Handgun Permit (MD Wear & Carry), required to carry a handgun in Maryland. Upon successful completion of this course, students will obtain the training certifications for both MD HQL and MD Wear & Carry.  ** Please note, this is a two-day course, Saturday and Sunday. Both days are required to be eligible for certification. All initial deposits and transactions are considered as final. Requests to reschedule received 10 days prior to class will be provided a replacement option, at no additional cost. All other requests for reschedule may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
